1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal information you disclose to us. We collect personal information that you provide to us when you register, request information, participate in activities, or contact us.

Examples include:

  • Job title, username, password, contact preferences
  • Authentication data, billing address, network information, profile photo, professional information.

Sensitive Information: we do not process sensitive information.

Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment (payment instrument number, security code). All payment data is handled by Zahls.ch and Stripe.

Application Data. If you use our applications, we may collect:

  • Push Notifications: we may send notifications about your account or features. You can disable these in your device settings.

We use technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information, but no system is entirely secure. Transmission of data is at your own risk.

Data Breach Notification. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority without undue delay, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

We do not knowingly collect or market to children under 18. If we become aware we have collected such data, we will delete it.

Depending on your location, you may have rights such as access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and objection.
