Refund Policy
We strive to provide a fair and transparent refund policy for all our events. Please review the terms below to understand your eligibility for refunds.
General Refund Terms
No Show = No Refund
If you do not attend the event and fail to cancel within the specified timeframe, you will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
General Admission events
You may receive a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the event start time.
Reserved Seating events
You may receive a full refund if you cancel at least 72 hours before the event start time.
Discretionary Refunds
In special circumstances, our event organizer may agree to issue a refund at their sole discretion, even if the cancellation falls outside the specified timeframes. To request such a consideration, please contact the event organizer directly with your request and detailed reasons.

Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval.
